Life in San Sebastian
San Sebastian in Weston is a quiet community comprised of a mix of both single family homes and attached town homes, all designed with a Mediterranean style aesthetic that is very popular here in South Florida.
As you drive around the community of San Sebastian, you will be immediately impressed by the well manicured surroundings and the lush landscaping. The community has a strong, warm, family oriented welcoming feeling that will quickly envelop you.
San Sebastian was built in the mid to late 1990's and is located in the most sought after and highly desirable areas within Broward County. Weston is a very affluent city that offers numerous public works for its resident, including basketball courts, hockey rinks and playgrounds. The San Sebastian community itself offers its residents use of a refreshing swimming pool, a children's playground which will have a complete remodel in 2021 and a open field for numerous events and gatherings.
San Sebastian holds several events gathering for the residents and children of the community. In the past few months, we held a Graduation celebration for the class of 2020, a Disney Movie Night for families to enjoy with food and beverages provided by the association and donations made by our very own residents of San Sebastian. When you live in San Sebastian , you will feel like everyone in the community is family, that is our core value!
San Sebastian is conveniently located on the west side of Indian Trace just south of Interstate 75. The area is central to everything the South Florida are has to offer, including lovely beaches, fabulous fishing, great boating and access to many artistic and cultural events throughout. The City of Weston is situated within easy access to both the Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas. Commuters will love the easy access to I-75, the Sawgrass Expressway, I-595, The Florida Turnpike and I-95.
